When I first created my own Twitter account in college, I mocked it as a dumbed-down Facebook status. Little did I know that it would soon become the quickest way to read breaking news and a wonderful tool for connecting with friends, celebrities, companies, journalists, customers and even strangers. I should know — I met my husband, Henry, on Twitter.
And now I can barely keep myself off the site.
